Among all services offered by W AERONAUTICA we find the following ones:

• Elaboration, process and implementation of:
  
  • Production Organisation Approval (POA)
    
    Approval for those organisations dedicated to manufacture products, components or equipment for aircraft according to applicable design data. (Former JAR-21 Subpart G).
    
    The POA owns the following privileges:
    
    

    • Development of production activities
      
    • Issue of aircraft airworthiness certificates, noise level and fuel purge
      
    • Issue of aptitude certificates for products, components and equipments
      
    • Perform maintenance of new aircraft, manufactured by the company and issue an aptitude certificate
      
  • Design Organisation Approval (DOA)
    
    Approval for those organisations dedicated to the design of aircraft, components or equipment. (Former JAR-21 Subpart J-A)
    
    The DOA owns the following privileges without depending on EASA:
    
    

    • Minor change approval
      
    • Design approval for minor repairs
      
    • Design approval for major repairs (if owner of the TC)
      
    • Issue of information or instructions
      
    • Approval of documentary changes on the AFM
      
    • Approval of flight conditions
      
    • Issue of Permit to Fly
      

    
    
    The DOA owns the following privileges depending on EASA:

    
    
    
    • Approval of TC, STC, authorisations ETSO
      
    • Approval of major changes in the design
      
    • Approval of technical changes in the AFM
      
  • Alternative Design Organisation Approval (ADOA)
    
    Approval for those design organisations of aircraft, components or equipment aiming to begin as a design organisation, or to perform ETSO approvals.
    
    The ADOA does not have any faculty on its own, as all approvals are performed by EASA.
  • Maintenance Organisation for Commercial Aviation (EASA-145)
    
    Approval for Commercial Aircraft Maintenance Organisations. (Former JAR-145).The EASA-145 owns the following privileges:
    
    

    • Maintain any aircraft and/or component for which it is approved at the locations identified in the approval certificate and in the exposition.
      
    • Arrange for maintenance of any aircraft or component for which it is approved at another organisation that is working under the quality system of the organisation.
      
    • Maintain any aircraft or any component for which it is approved at any location subject to the need for such maintenance arising either from the unserviceability of the aircraft or from the necessity of supporting occasional line maintenance, subject to the conditions specified in the exposition.
      
    • Maintain any aircraft and/or component for which it is approved at a location identified as a line maintenance location capable of supporting minor maintenance and only if the organisation exposition both permits such activity and lists such locations
      
    • Issue certificates of release to service in respect of completion of maintenance
      
  • Maintenance Organisation for Non-Commercial Aviation (EASA PART M SUB PART F)
    
    Approval for Non-Commercial Aircraft Maintenance Organisations.
    
    The EASA Part M Subpart F owns the following privileges:
    
    

    • Maintain any aircraft and/or component for which it is approved at the locations specified in the approval certificate and in the manual.
      
    • Maintain any aircraft and/or component for which it is approved at any other location subject to such maintenance being only necessary to rectify arising defects.
      
    • Issue certificates of release to service on completion of maintenance
      

    
    
  • CAMO (EASA PART M Subpart G & I)
    Approval for Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), i.e., for maintenance management organisations. The EASA Part M Subpart G & I owns the following privileges:
    
    

    • Manage the continuing airworthiness of non-commercial air transport aircraft as listed on the approval certificate.
      
    • Manage the continuing airworthiness of commercial air transport aircraft when listed on its air operator certificate.
      
    • Arrange to carry out any task of continuing airworthiness within the limitation of its approval with another organisation
      
  • PERMIT TO FLY
    Since March 2007, a new faculty was considered in EASA Part 21: Design Organisations (DOA) and Production Organisations (POA) can approve the flight conditions and issue the permit to fly, under certain conditions, without need for Authorities’ approval.
  • European Technical Standard Order Authorisations (ETSO)
    
    
    Authorisation for Design Organisations of components subjected to European Technical Standards.
